Westchester Bee-Line Bus System Improvements To Take Effect

The Westchester Bee-Line bus system improvements will be implemented starting Monday, April 8, Westchester County Executive George Latimer announced.

The series of changes will affect the following Bee-Line bus routes:

  • Route 1
  • Route 2
  • Route 3
  • Route 7
  • Route 27
  • Route 42
  • Route 55
  • Route 60
  • Route 61
  • BxM4C
  • All loops

The changes involve adding stops, altering stop times, switching routes, and making other changes in an effort to improve public transit efficiency.

“These enhancements are part of our ongoing efforts to provide dependable service to the residents, workers, and visitors of Westchester County,” said Latimer. “With nearly 35 percent of our customers starting or ending their trip in Yonkers, the additional service on the Routes 1 and 2 will improve service to our community.”
